Kosmoshice, The Missing Lick + Hollow Illusion @ Der Clochard, Hamburg (DE) . 15.06.2019
Another gig at Der Clochard. The only reason I go there is when friends play. Everytime I even think of that place, I start to taste Hubert Cumberdale.
Der Clochard could be actually quite cool, it just smells very intense and the toilets are unusable. The positive about Der Clochard is that they really do have some nice gigs and also a cool terrasse where you can breathe a bit, and of course I guess the cheapest drinks in Hamburg.
This time again played Kosmoshice. They are absolutely great. They just get better and better.Â
The second band, is also a band from Hamburg: The Missing Lick. I like them a lot! They always give a good show. You can check them out on their Facebook page: HERE
And then played Hollow Illusion. That’s a heavy metal band from Norway. They tour quite a lot. They also have a lot of videos from their gigs on their Youtube Channel. You can have a look HERE

I’ve seen TV Smith already end 2007 and it was really good and this time even better.
The support guy Pascal Briggs was really ok and then this time TV Smith played with Vom Ritchie (remember Spittin’ Vicars and Die Toten Hosen?) and even Pascal Briggs joined… really fun!
They got great power out of them and their accoustic instruments into the public, in the air and everywhere …
TV Smith is always a pleasure to see… bravissimo!
I didn’t made any video this time, unfortunately – was already a bit over-beered before the concert even begun .. oups!
But here is one from the concert at the same place on the 16. nov 2007 … so imagine this time it was at least 3 time more powerfull đ
One of my fav band, and for the shoppers: they have great merchandising …. love their funny t-shirts.
Brutal Polka describe themselves as a “Gore Metal Bluegrass Boogie-Techno-Death Jive Gospel Waltz Fast bossa band” because they are not able to define their style as accurate. However, their definitive influences are punk rock and ska.
It’s a multicultural band composed of German and Israeli members, founded in 2004 by Kramer E. Frog. He had written over the years some songs that he recorded on the debut “A tribute to mainstream” along with some guest musicians and published it.
Shortly after the release of the first album came Gorgeous Ceasar on drums for the band and was next to Kramer E. Frog for the second fixed member Brutal Polka. The occupations of bass guitars and changed frequently. In late 2004, the first album was followed by the first Brutal Polka tour in Israel. Concerts are usually held in a small frame (house parties, bars, etc.). In the summer of 2005, Brutal Polka toured for the first time in Europe. They organised the tour by themselfs. They had performances in Germany, France, Spain and the Czech Republic.
After they arrived back in Israel, joined them IZ. He persuaded Kramer and Ceasar with his heavy metal guitar playing. The band’s popularity grew in Israel. It became known as a great live band. In 2006 came the second Summer tour across Europe.
In summer 2007 toured Brutal Polka for the third time in Europe, now with the wizard Zoltar on bass, and played their largest-ever festival gigs, such as the Augustibuller in Sweden or Iceland punk in Slovenia. In December of the same year followed another tour in Germany, from now on with Doubleboy as a second guitarist. The following summer tour 2008 should be the longest tour with 45 concerts in 60 days, the Brutal Polka completed to date. The reputation of the band grew by appearances at festivals such as the Force Attack, “Punk in the ring”, “Exist To Resist” or “Mach 1” enormous. During their stay in Germany, the boys played their first EP still fast “Politics Shmolitics”, which was released exclusively on green vinyl.
